If you are on a free plan and wish to upgrade, follow these steps:
Step 1: Head to Billing
1. Log in to your Frontline account.
2. From the dashboard, click on “Billing” in the sidebar.
Step 2: Navigate to Plans and Pricing
In the Billing section, select “Plans & Pricing” and choose the pricing tier and preferred billing cycle (monthly or annual).
Step 3: Select a Billing Plan
Choose the plan that fits your needs by clicking “Subscribe” under the desired plan.
Step 4: Complete the Purchase
Fill in your payment details and click “Subscribe” to complete the purchase.
Step 5: Confirm the Upgrade
1. Once the purchase is completed, you will automatically navigate back to the Frontline dashboard.
2. Under “My Plan” you should be able to visualize your new plan.
A page refresh might be required for the changes to be visible.
