In this guide, we will walk you through the process of adding extra AI Credits to your account. Users can purchase monthly bundles of 5,000 AI Credits for $50/month. Follow these simple steps to get started. To learn how AI Credits work and how to track usage follow this link.
Step 1: Access the Billing Section
Navigate to the Plans & Pricing Section:
From the main menu on the left side of your dashboard, select the “Billing” section, and navigate to plans & pricing.
Step 2: Select the AI Credits Add-On
Find the AI Credits Add-On:
Scroll down until you find the “AI Credits” add-on.
Choose the number of AI Credit Bundles you want to add to your account. The price for adding a Monthly bundle of 5,000 AI Credits to your account is $50/month.
3. Purchase the AI Credits Add-On
Click on the “Get add-on”. This will automatically take you to your billing dashboard (powered by Stripe) where you can confirm your purchase.
Complete the purchase process by following the on-screen instructions.
Step 4: Confirm and Manage Your AI Credits
Once the purchase is completed you'll be automatically taken back to the Frontline Billing > My Plan section. You should now see the add-on listed, with the renewal date.
Important: Take into account that renewal dates for each add-on and the subscription may vary based on the day you completed each purchase.
