At Frontline AI Credits are consumed whenever an AI model generates an output. The length of the output, however, doesn't have an impact on the amount of credits consumed per output (or response).

The amount of credits consumed per output varies depending of the model being used by the assistant to generate a response.

AI Credits consumption per AI Model

  • 1 GPT3.5-turbo output consumes 1 AI Credit per response.

  • 1 GPT4o Mini output consumes 1 AI Credit per response.

  • 1 GPT4o output consumes 10 AI Credits per response.

  • 1 GPT4 output consumes 20 AI Credits per response.

  • 1 GPT4-turbo output consumes 20 AI Credits per response.

For example:

If a user asks "What is Frontline?" and the assistant is using GPT4o, that one response will consume 10 AI Credits.

Selecting a base AI Model for your assistant

To edit the base model your AI Assistant navigate to the assistant you want to edit > settings > model and select the desired model from the dropdown menu. GPT3.5-turbo and GPT4o are available on all plans.

Tracking AI Credit Usage

You can easily view your AI Credits usage by clicking on the AI Credits usage component on the sidebar. To view a detailed breakdown of your AI Credit usage by AI Model and dates you can access a graph from Billing > Usage.
