AI Agent Analytics provides detailed insights into your AI Assistant's performance, conversation patterns, and usage metrics. Available for Premium, Scale, and Enterprise plans, this feature helps you understand how users interact with your AI Assistant and optimize its effectiveness. Analytics are shown in your account’s timezone. You can change your time zone by following this guide.

Understanding AI Agent Analytics

The analytics dashboard offers real-time visibility into:

  • Total conversations

  • Total messages (AI Assistant Responses)

  • Average messages (AI Assistant Responses) per conversation

  • AI credit usage and distribution

  • Conversation patterns by time and day

Key Metrics Explained

Conversation Overview

  • Total Conversations: Track the number of distinct interactions between users and your AI Assistant.

  • Total Messages: Monitor the number of responses generated by your AI Assistant.

  • Avg. Messages per Conversation: Understand how many times your AI Assistant typically responds in each conversation

  • Avg. AI Credit per Conversation: Track resource usage per interaction

Temporal Analysis

  • Conversations by Time of Day: Visualize at what time of day your users are most active.

  • Conversations by Day of the Week: Visualize on which days of the week your users are most active.

    Filter by channel: You can view conversations by channel, e.g.: Live Chat, Playground (test)

Performance Metrics

  • AI Credits Usage: Monitor your AI credits consumption by day.

  • Positive Feedback Rate: Track user satisfaction through thumbs-up responses.

  • Negative Feedback Analysis: Track user satisfaction through thumbs-down responses.

  • Negative Feedback Reason: You can leverage Negative Feedback Reasons to gather additional input from users.

  • AI Agent Analytics are available exclusively on Premium, Scale, and Enterprise plans. Standard plan does not include analytics.

  • Analytics data refreshes automatically in real time.

  • You can leverage date filters.

  • Analytics are shown in your account’s timezone. You can change your time zone by following this guide.
