Learn how to configure your account's time zone for accurate analytics and system logs

The account time zone setting ensures all your analytics data and system logs are displayed in your local time. This setting affects analytics reporting and can be useful when integrating with external systems like CRMs and Help Desks.

How to Change Time Zone

  1. Click on Profile in the left sidebar

  2. Select Settings

  3. Choose Account

  4. Select your desired time zone from the dropdown menu

  5. Click "Save changes"

Important Notes

  • Only users with Admin or Owner roles can modify the account time zone

  • Time zone changes affect all analytics data display

  • The setting impacts timestamp logging for external system integrations

  • Changes are applied account-wide for all users
