Change your current Billing Plan

Learn how to change your Frontline Billing Plan

Your Frontline account includes a primary subscription, which determines your account's tier. This tier defines the number of AI credits you receive each month, as well as the features and services available to you.

Additionally, you can subscribe to add-ons, such as AI Credit Bundles (to increase the number of AI Credits per month), AI Assistants (to increase the number of AI Assistants you can manage within your account), and Remove Frontline Branding (to remove the “Powered by Frontline” tagline from the live chat widget).

Updating your Main Subscription

Step 1: Head to Billing

1. Log in to your Frontline account.

2. From the dashboard, click on “Billing” in the sidebar.

Step 2: Navigate to the Billing Dashboard

Once you’re in the Billing section, you will see the Billing Dashboard. This dashboard displays all your current plans, usage, and payment methods.

Step 3: Update Your Current Plan

Once you access the Billing Dashboard:

1. For each plan you want to update, click on the “Update plan” button.

2. Select the tier to which you want to update your plan.

Additional Notes

• The update will become effective immediately. If you upgraded you'll be billed upfront. If you downgrade, you'll be owed a credit which will be added to your credit balance and applied to future invoices.

Updating Add-On subscription

Step 1: Head to Billing

1. Log in to your Frontline account.

2. From the dashboard, click on “Billing” in the sidebar.

Step 2: Navigate to the Billing Dashboard

Once you’re in the Billing section, you will see the Billing Dashboard. This dashboard displays all your current plans, usage, and payment methods.

Step 3: Cancel Your Current Plan

For each add-on you want to modify, you’ll need to cancel and re-subscribe.

1. Click on the “Cancel plan” button next to the relevant add-on.

2. Confirm the cancellation when prompted.

Step 4: Buy a New Add-On

1. Navigate back to the Frontline billing dashboard and select “Plans & Pricing”.

2. Scroll down to “Plan Add-ons”.

3. Select the add-on and quantity you want, and click “Get add-on”.

4. Complete the purchase.

You might need to refresh the page for the changes to become visible.
