Learn how to cancel your Frontline subscription

If you need to cancel your subscription plan, follow these steps:

Step 1: Head to Billing

1. Log in to your Frontline account.

2. From the dashboard, click on “Billing” in the sidebar.

Step 2: Navigate to the Billing Dashboard

Once you’re in the Billing section, you will see the Billing Dashboard. This dashboard displays all your current plans, usage, and payment methods.

Step 3: Cancel Your Current Plans

Once you access the Billing Dashboard:

1. For each plan you want to cancel, click on the “Cancel plan” button.

2. Confirm the cancellation when prompted.

Additional Notes

• Once you cancel a plan, it will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. Under "My Plan" you'll see the date when the subscription either renews or cancels.

• You can always re-subscribe to a plan or choose a different plan if your needs change.
