Follow these steps to create a new AI Agent in Frontline. Before starting make sure you have enough agent licenses to do add a new one. For example our free plan includes 1 agent. You can check your agent usage from the "usage" tab within Billing.
Click create agent
From the agent view, click the button create agent.
2. Add content to the knowledge base
The next step is to add content to the knowledge base. You can choose between adding documents like PDFs, .doc, or TXT files, add plain text or add frequently asked questions. Our team we'll be adding web content (urls) soon.
Each agent has a knowledge base size limit (by character count), which varies depending on your account's plan.
3. Train
Once you've added content to the agent's knowledge base, you can click "Train" to train and create your agent. The agent will be created with default settings like base AI model, temperature, instructions, live chat theme, etc. You can quickly test your agent from the overview section. Make sure your agent's status is trained before testing. Testing while the agent is training, might cause unexpected behavior.
