In this guide, we will walk you through the process of adding extra assistants to your account. Follow these simple steps to get started:
Step 1: Access the Billing Section
Navigate to the Plans & Pricing Section:
From the main menu on the left side of your dashboard, select the “Billing” section, and navigate to plans & pricing.
Step 2: Select the Extra Assistant Add-On
Find the Extra Assistant Add-On:
Scroll down until you find the “Extra Assistant” add-on.
Choose the number of AI Assistants you want to add to your account.T he cost for adding an extra assistant is $10/month.
3. Purchase the Extra Assistant Add-On
Click on the “Get add-on” button under the “Extra Assistant” section. This will automatically take you to your billing dashboard (powered by Stripe) where you can confirm your purchase.
Complete the purchase process by following the on-screen instructions.
Step 4: Confirm and Manage Your Assistants
Once the purchase is completed you'll be automatically taken back to the Frontline Billing > My Plan section. You should now see the add-on listed, with the renewal date.
Important: Take into account that renewal dates for each add-on and the subscription may vary based on the day you completed each purchase.
