AI Assistant's have both a name and nickname. The name is what you'll see listed in web dashboard under assistants. It's used internally to identify the assistant (e.g.: Goofy Website Assistant). The nickname is used externally, and is what users see within the live chat widget (e.g.: Goofy AI).

In the overview section you'll have both the assistant's name and nickname (name in red and nickname in yellow):

To edit the assistant's name select the assistant you want to edit from the list of assistant, and on the overview section click on the pencil icon, edit the name and click save.
