Installing your AI Assistant with Frontline is easy. Once your Assistant is ready for deployment:
Navigate to Channels
Head to the assistants sections > select the assistant > and click channels
2. Select the installation method
You'll be presented with two options: "Embed on your website" or "Share via URL".
If you want to install the live chat as a classic widget in your website, choose the "Embed on your website" option. If you want to share the AI Assistant as a stand alone url or embed it as an iframe in your website, use the "Share via URL" option.
3. Embedding the Frontline widget in your website
Use the copy to clipboard button to copy the code snippet that you need to install in your website and follow these instructions:
Use this code block to add your Assistant to your website.
Just copy and paste this snippet at the bottom of your <head> tag content

This is the result of the "Embed in website" option.
4. Using the Share via URL option
If you want to share the AI Assistant, embed if via iframe on your website or even install it in a mobile app or redirect users to a dedicated live chat url, you should use this option.
Just click on the copy to clipboard option and you'll be able to launch the live chat window with your AI Assistant.
