Step 1: Set Up Your Frontline Assistant
To begin, log into your Frontline account. Once logged in, set up your AI Assistant by uploading relevant data sources, such as files, text snippets, websites, or Q&A pairs. This data will form the knowledge base for your Assistant.

Step 2: Generate and Copy the Frontline Chatbot Embed Code
After configuring your chatbot, go to your dashboard and select the bot you want to embed.
On the bot’s preview page, click on the Connect tab.
Copy the HTML code snippet by clicking the Copy to clipboard button.
Step 3: Embed Your Chatbot in Wix
Sign in to your Wix account and go to your dashboard.
Click on Design Site to open the Wix website editor.
Select the section where you want to add the chatbot.
Click the Add Elements button on the left sidebar.
Scroll down and click on Embed Code, then select Popular Embeds followed by Custom Code.
Click + Add Custom Code and paste the code snippet into the editor.
Name your code and choose where to place it on the page.
Click Apply. Preview your site to ensure the chatbot is visible.
Congratulations! Your Frontline chatbot is now live on your Wix website.
Customization: You can personalize the appearance and colors of your bot from the Frontline dashboard. Navigate to your assistant's Settings and select Chat Customization to adjust the customization options.
