Step 1: Set Up Your Frontline Assistant

To begin, log into your Frontline account. Once logged in, set up your AI Assistant by uploading relevant data sources, such as files, text snippets, websites, or Q&amp;A pairs. This data will form the knowledge base for your Assistant.

Step 2: Generate and Copy the Frontline Chatbot Embed Code

After configuring your AI Assistante, go to your dashboard and select the Assistant you want to embed.

On the Assistant’s preview page, click on the Channel tab.

Copy the HTML code snippet by clicking the Copy to clipboard button.

Step 3: Access Your Shopify Dashboard and Insert Your Frontline Assistant

Start by logging into your Shopify account and navigating to your Shopify admin dashboard.

On the left-hand menu, select Online Store and then choose Theme to view the pages on your website.

Go to Setting (2) and then Edit Code

Select &lt;/&gt;theme.liquid then paste the Frontline embed Code at the end of &lt;head&gt;, right before &lt;/head&gt;, then click Save

Click on Preview Store and you should be ready to go.

4. Select &lt;/&gt;theme.liquid then paste the Frontline embed Code at the end of &lt;head&gt;, right before &lt;/head&gt;, then click Save 
 
 
5. Click on Preview Store and you should be ready to go.
