Changing your Agent's deployment status

Control when your AI Agent is active across channels

The Deployment Status setting determines whether your AI Agent is available to users.

  • Live: The Agent will respond on all connected channels (e.g. WhatsApp, Live Chat).

  • Offline: The Agent is disabled and won’t respond to any messages, regardless of the channel.

💡 Use “Offline” when making major changes or testing without interruptions.

You can change this anytime from Settings → Deployment.
