Customizing Your Notification Settings

Get notified when key events happen (e.g.: Contact Captured, New Conversation Started, Feedback Captured)

The “Notifications” section allows you to manage how and when you receive updates about events in the Frontline platform. Head to Profile > Settings > Notifications.

Understanding the “Notifications” Section

1. Notification Settings: This is where you can turn on or off notifications for different events. You can choose to receive notifications in-app, via email, or both.

2. Types of Notifications:

  • Conversation Started: Receive a notification whenever a new conversation is started with one of your agents.

  • Contact Capture: Get notified when a new contact is captured by an AI Agent

  • Message Feedback: Get notified when a user provides feedback to an AI Agent's response.

3. Notification Channels: You can select how you want to be notified:

In-App: Notifications will appear within the application.

Email: Notifications will be sent to your registered email address.

Important: Notifications are turned on/off for all Agents. If you want to setup personalized notifications, you should leverage automations.
