The “Notifications” section allows you to manage how and when you receive updates about your AI Assistant’s activities. This ensures you stay informed about important events such as new conversations or captured leads. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you configure notifications effectively. First you'll need to head to the AI Assistant you want to edit > settings > notifications.

Understanding the “Notifications” Section

1. Notification Settings: This is where you can turn on or off notifications for different events. You can choose to receive notifications in-app, via email, or both.

2. Types of Notifications:

Conversation Started: Receive a notification whenever a new conversation is initiated.

Lead Capture: Get notified when a new lead is captured by the AI Assistant.

3. Notification Channels: You can select how you want to be notified:

In-App: Notifications will appear within the application.

Email: Notifications will be sent to your registered email address.

By customizing these settings, you can ensure you stay updated on your AI Assistant’s interactions, allowing you to respond promptly and manage leads effectively. Don’t forget to save your changes after adjusting the settings.
