Meet Max, your personal AI assistant for email and calendar management inside Frontline.

Max helps you organize your inbox, draft replies, schedule meetings, and connect seamlessly across tools like Gmail, Google Calendar, WhatsApp, and Slack.


🏁 What Max Does

Once connected, Max automatically analyzes your inbox and calendar to save you time.
It can:

  • ✉️ Label incoming emails to keep your inbox organized (e.g., “1to respond”, “4:awaiting reply”).

  • 🧠 Draft email replies using your tone and signature.

  • 🔁 Send follow-up reminders if someone doesn’t reply.

  • 📅 Schedule meetings using your calendar availability.

  • 🔔 Sync with Slack or WhatsApp to share updates or send notifications.

  • 📊 Show your time saved with weekly reports.

Max is always learning from your preferences — the more you use it, the smarter it becomes.

⚙️ Connecting Max

To get started, connect your accounts:

  1. Go to Max → Overview in your Frontline workspace.

  2. Click Connect Gmail and authorize Max to access your inbox.

  3. Click Connect Google Calendar to sync your events.

  4. (Optional) Connect WhatsApp and Slack to chat with Max or receive notifications.

All connections are secure — Frontline uses OAuth authentication and never stores your email content outside your workspace.


🧩 Explore Max Features

After connecting your accounts, head to Max → Settings.
Here you can customize how Max handles your work.

  • Email Labeling – Automatically categorize your emails and define how Max should label them.

  • Drafting – Let Max compose and prepare follow-up emails based on your tone.

  • Scheduling – Share your availability and let Max add your booking link to emails.

  • Advanced Settings – Choose Max’s personality (e.g., Chief of Staff) and language.

📈 Reviewing Max’s Work

You can monitor everything Max does in Max → Activity.
Each action appears in the feed — for example:

  • Email labeled as “Awaiting reply”

  • Draft prepared for your review

  • Task created from a meeting note

Click View more to load the full history.

💡 Tips for Best Results

  • Use clear prompts in each settings section to guide Max’s behavior.

  • Regularly review your drafts before sending — Max adapts based on your approvals.

  • Keep all integrations (Gmail, Calendar, Slack) connected and authorized.

  • Check your Time Saved metric to track productivity impact.
