When your AI Agent gives a long answer, it can sometimes feel overwhelming to read in a single block. With Auto-split, you can break those responses into smaller, more readable chunks — automatically.
✨ How it works
When enabled, this feature splits long responses into multiple messages once they go over a character limit you define (e.g. 300 characters). These messages are delivered one after another — just like a human would type them.
This helps conversations feel more natural and easier to follow, especially in WhatsApp or Live Chat.
⚙️ Per-channel control
You can enable this setting independently for each channel (like Live Chat or WhatsApp). Just head to the Channels tab, select your channel, and toggle “Split Messages Automatically.”
Default: Off
Adjustable limit: You can set the character count where the split happens (e.g. 300, 500, etc.)
💳 Billing
Even if a response is split into multiple messages, it still counts as just 1 AI Agent response for billing purposes. There’s no extra cost for enabling it.
This setting is optional, but it’s a great way to make responses feel lighter, more human, and easier to digest — especially for longer or more complex answers.
